Q: I received your information about my event. What do I need to do to book your services and reserve the date?

A: In order to secure your date, please read, sign, and return a copy of the proposal with the deposit specified at the bottom of the form. Please print and fill out the Credit Card Information Form as well. Please include travel directions from 7845 D Airpark Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 to your location. Your information can be returned to us by U.S. mail, email or fax.

The proposal form you fill out is our internal working copy, so please double check that it is accurate. Please mark your chosen menu & read the note section for details of your event. Make sure the day and date are correctly listed. Please provide the exact location where you will meet the chef on the day and time specified for your event and a cell phone number where you can be reached.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: We accept all major credit cards and checks. We automatically assume you will use the same method of payment for your deposit and final balance. If you intend to pay the balance using a different payment method from your deposit, please inform us at least five business days prior to the event.

Q: What do we need to do when you arrive to cater our event?

A: Smile and enjoy yourself! Please have your table(s) available, so that we can set up for your event. Our corporate events include plastic caterware and covers. However, if you wish to provide your own plasticware or china, please have it readily available for the chef.

Q: When do we provide a final guest count?

A: We need to receive your final guest count five business days prior to your event. Increases in count may continue until one day prior, but you may not decrease the number attending after the five day mark.

Q: I have additional questions concerning menus and pricing. Is it possible to speak directly with a Mr. Omelette representative?

A: We are a professional service-­oriented business, and are happy to answer your questions directly. We understand that you may have concerns and want to hear from you so that we can make your event the special celebration you expect. We want you to be 100% confident when moving forward with our services.
