This is a do it yourself PayPal form. If you wish to make a deposit for an event or pay the balance due payment, the total amount due will need to be paid in full at least 3 days prior to the event.

Catering services may automatically be charged in full for events booked within 7 days prior to the event. The balance due may be charged 4 days prior to the event schdueled.

BY CLICKING "PAY INVOICE VIA PAYPAL" BELOW, CARDHOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT STATED ABOVE AND AGREES TO PERFORM THE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THE CARDHOLDER'S AGREEMENT WITH THE ISSUER IDENTIFIED HEREON. IN THE EVENT PATRON CANCELS OR OTHERWISE BREACHES THIS AGREEMENT, THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT SHALL BE FORFEITED FOR ADDITIONAL RULES AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE SEE PARAGRAPH #2 ON THE BACK OF THE MR.
