Your chefs made our daughter's graduation open house a wonderful experience. You are outstanding, and a great teacher and example for the others, who also were gracious and professional. A well-traveled friend who is also a great cook told me that her omlette (with caviar and a touch of sour cream on top as Julia recommended) was the best she had ever eaten, anywhere in the world. The graduates loved the Belgian waffles, bagels and egg white omlettes too. Your team came early, stayed late, and cleaned up perfectly. It was the perfect catering experience for me, and I look forward to using your company again!

And I want to compliment the chef and server who couldn't have been better. They set up, prepared the food, served, and cleaned up in a most efficient and professioal way. My guests all commented on how good the food was and many took your cards. Thank you for one of the most successful parties - if not the most successful - I have ever had. The weather even cooperated. Who could have asked for such a beautiful day in July??? As I told you when I had to cancel, my husband is very ill but the party really perked him up and he made it through the whole afternoon. All in all, it was more than I could have asked for.

This note is late but no less sincere for being so. I just don't know where to begin to let you know how incredibly wonderful July 1st turned out to be. For us this was our third booking with your firm and it only gets better (if that's possible). The chef showed up at our home ahead of schedule (which absolutely delighted me) and that allowed a bit of time to unwind before the crush. Your chef was just an amazing individual for so many reasons. His expertise at the burners was only surpassed by his patients & personality with our guests-many of whom were very elderly - I know he could have even pleased my Mother-In-Law (G-d rest her soul). In addition, your chef spoke so highly of you & Mrs. Model - which in itself says so much!

Every item you provided was fresh, abundant, beautifully displayed & perfectly complimented the home made items we had prepared to make sure every taste bud was satisfied-and that they were!!! As in the past NO items ran short but I do realize it always helps the caterer when the host/hostess provides an accurate guest count but could also mean you were raised with the same portion size per person as I (gazent). I must add here that many of our guests had NEVER experienced "The Omlette Man" and I know that many will soon be your customers.

In closing as I must, as I'm quickly running out of superlatives, thank you for the no charge in the extra bagels (we're still eating & enjoying them in addition to the so many included-silly me-thinking I would have some for breakfast the next day) and for making my husband, my honey, my life partners 70th Birthday celebration the success that it was. Mr. Model YOU ARE THE MAN & I AM YOUR FAN!!!!

I wanted to let you know what a yummy brunch we had on Saturday. The smoothies were a total hit, the coffee wonderful and I heard (but unfortunately didn't experience first-hand) that the "carrot cake was to die for!" We had to ask people to take food with them and leave since, after 2PM, they were still chowing down on the food and really enjoying themselves. Earlier, as I passed the other room (only 1:45 PM) where the other family hosted an extended Kiddush, the room was totally empty and already clean. They must not have had such great food or service!

I will be writing a more formal thank you letter to you and your company for your records but I may be slow in getting my letters out. I still feel a little overwhelmed and my head still a little foggy from a terrific weekend.
